1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 9j99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 9j99.app and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, card games, bingo, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By accessing or using the 9j99 platform in any capacity, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 9j99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international financial sanctions.
• You do not already hold an existing 9j99 account, whether active, suspended, or self-excluded.
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement on 9j99 or any affiliate platform.
• You have not been excluded from gambling by any responsible gaming programme to which 9j99 is a signatory.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or family member of a household of any person employed by 9j99 or its technology and content partners.

9j99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Acceptable proof of age includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh.

Where 9j99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. During a suspension, no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers will be permitted. If age verification is not satisfactorily completed within fourteen (14) days of the suspension notice, the account may be permanently closed.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

9j99 is operated for players based in Bangladesh. The platform is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the 9j99 platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 9j99 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh and accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in breach of local law.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games, betting markets, or financial services on 9j99, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.

9j99 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the rejection. Registration does not guarantee permanent access to the platform; 9j99 may at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate an account as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its obligations to operate a safe and responsible platform, 9j99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all player accounts. KYC verification may be required at the point of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, when a player's account activity triggers an internal review threshold, or at any other time that 9j99 deems appropriate.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming that the account holder is 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile banking account used for deposits, confirming that the account is registered in the same name as the 9j99 account.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months confirming the player's residential address in Bangladesh.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within one (1) business day for standard cases. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. 9j99 will never charge a fee for the completion of KYC checks. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9j99 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 9j99 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 9j99 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 9j99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their security or notify 9j99 promptly upon discovering a compromise.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits to your 9j99 account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be held pending investigation, the associated account will be suspended, and the funds will be returned to the originating payment account after the completion of the investigation, less any transaction costs incurred.

The following deposit methods are currently supported on 9j99:

• bKash (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Nagad (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Rocket (minimum deposit: ৳300)
• Upay (minimum deposit: ৳300)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer (minimum deposit: ৳500)

9j99 does not charge any platform-side deposit fee. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction fees, which are outside 9j99's control. Deposits made via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your game balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours to be credited during business hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as your 9j99 account. 9j99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 1–4 hours from submission for verified accounts in good standing.
• Rocket and Upay: 2–6 hours from submission for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers: 1–6 hours on Bangladesh business days (Saturday to Thursday).

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. 9j99 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. A player may have only one pending withdrawal request at a time; new requests may be submitted once a pending request has been fully processed.

9j99 does not withhold legitimate winnings. In the event of a dispute concerning a withdrawal, 9j99's compliance team will conduct a transparent investigation and communicate the outcome and reasoning to the affected player within five (5) business days.

4.3 Currency

All accounts on 9j99 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion involved in any deposit, withdrawal, or wagering transaction on the platform. The ৳ symbol displayed throughout the platform denotes Bangladeshi Taka exclusively.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

9j99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded by 9j99 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds may only be used on games that are marked as eligible for that specific promotion; use of bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Players must complete the wagering requirement within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will expire at the end of the stated validity period, and any associated bonus balance will be removed from the account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

9j99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk wagers that do not reflect genuine gambling activity for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; using automated software or bots to place wagers; and misrepresenting personal information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 9j99 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant account, and recover any funds that were paid out as a direct result of abusive behaviour.

5.3 Bonus Amendments

9j99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, including with immediate effect, where the promotion has been subject to abuse or where continuing the promotion would cause material harm to the platform or its other players. Players who are part-way through completing a bonus wagering requirement at the time a promotion is withdrawn will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms, unless the withdrawal is due to suspected abuse by the affected player.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Casino Games

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, software bugs, or data feed interruptions — 9j99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 9j99's system logs constitute the official record of game and bet outcomes; in any dispute between a player's device records and 9j99's server records, the server records shall prevail. No claim for winnings will be accepted in respect of a game or bet round that did not complete successfully on 9j99's systems.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 9j99, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and to abide by all applicable rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or bonus claims.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, including using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct toward any 9j99 employee, contractor, support agent, or fellow player via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the 9j99 platform or its proprietary content.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

9j99 employs real-time fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for manual review. During a review period, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers may be restricted without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 9j99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, and any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from your balance. Real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you in full, subject to verification requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion prevents access to the 9j99 platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, marketing communications from 9j99 will be suspended. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account; any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately upon detection, and any funds deposited will be returned. 8.3 Account Suspension by 9j99

9j99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or financial crime; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players; or a legally binding instruction from a competent authority in Bangladesh.

Where an account is suspended as a precautionary measure pending investigation, 9j99 will notify the affected player by email within 48 hours of the suspension. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to designating an account as dormant, 9j99 will send a minimum of two (2) email notifications to the registered address, warning the player that their account will be classified as dormant unless they log in within 30 days. A dormant account fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from any remaining real-money balance to cover account maintenance costs. This fee will cease when the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and, if required, completing a fresh KYC review.
